Free Shipping

All orders shipped within the United States qualify for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

There are no minimum purchase requirements or additional shipping fees.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, standard delivery generally takes:

5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Cavalieri's control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Delays

While we work with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, Cavalieri cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Unexpected delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
